中西医结合护理在改善剖宫产产妇产后泌乳情况中的作用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨中西医结合护理在缩短剖宫产产妇泌乳时间及提高泌乳量中的临床作用。方法 选取2015年6月～2016年9月我院136例剖宫产产妇，随机分为对照组和观察组，各68例。对照组产妇采用常规护理，观察组产妇采用中西医结合护理，观察对比两组产妇的泌乳时间、泌乳量及产后乳房胀痛情况。结果 观察组产后泌乳开始时间、泌乳量中等以上比例均优于与对照组(P<0.05)；同时观察组产后48 h乳房胀痛情况与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合护理可以有效缩短剖宫产产妇的泌乳时间，提高其泌乳量的同时显著缓解产妇的产后乳房胀痛情况，值得临床应用。
