曼月乐治疗复杂性子宫内膜增生症的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨曼月乐治疗复杂性子宫内膜增生症的临床效果。方法 将2014年1月～2016年3月在我院进行治疗的50例复杂性子宫内膜增生症患者按照入院次序均分为观察组(序号为偶数)和对照组(序号为奇数)。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用曼月乐治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后及治疗9个月后通过宫腔镜观察两组患者子宫内膜的病理变化，并评估治疗的临床效果。结果 治疗3、6、9个月后，两组患者的血红蛋白水平、经量评分及子宫内膜厚度均优于治疗前，且随时间推移，各指标均较前一时间点明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗3、6、9个月后观察组血红蛋白水平、经量评分及子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗的总有效率高达96.00%，高于对照组的68.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗复杂性子宫内膜增生症时应用曼月乐的效果显著，在改善患者血红蛋白水平、月经量评分及子宫内膜厚度方面效果明显，有临床应用及推广价值。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Mirena in the treatment of complex endometrial hyperplasia.Methods Fifty patients with complex endometrial hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were evenly assigned to the two groups according to the parity of the admission order：observation group (even) and control group (odd).The control group was given routine treatment，the observation group was given the conventional treatment based on the use of Mirena treatment.The pathological changes of endometrium were observed by hysteroscopy before treatment，and after 3，6，9 months of treatment，and the clinical effect of treatment was evaluated.Results After 3，6，9 months of treatment，hemoglobin，menstrual score，and endometrial thickness was better than that before treatment，and over time，the indicators was better than the previous one (P<0.05).After 3，6，9 months of treatment，the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group，was higher than 68.00% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using Mirena is significant in the treatment of complex endometrial hyperplasia，and it has obvious effect in improving the hemoglobin value，menstrual score and endometrial thickness.It has clinical application and popularization value.

子宮内膜增生症常见于妇科，具有一定的癌变倾向，是导致女性子宫异常出血的一个重要原因。治疗子宫内膜传统方法是使用孕激素，但治疗时间较长，对肝肾功能的负面影响较大，因此患者依从性、耐受性较差[1]。曼月乐(左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统)目前在治疗子宫内膜增生症方面应用非常广泛，其在操作难度、疗效方面较传统治疗方法优势明显[2]。本研究旨在探讨宫腔镜对曼月乐治疗复杂性子宫内膜增生症临床效果评估的合理性，对我院50例该病患者进行了相关试验，具体报道如下。 (张吉 李雪年 黄平 王玲)
