超声在甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移中的诊断价值(1)
[摘要]甲状腺癌早期最易发生颈部淋巴结转移，且转移率高，这就要求临床医生术前必须明确判定淋巴结转移与否以及转移区域，方可避免颈部淋巴结清扫不足或过度清扫。超声检查具有实时性、无创、操作简单等优点，成为颈部淋巴结诊断的首选方法。本综述主要总结超声在甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移中的应用。
