中医辨证施膳在糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的作用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨中医辨证施膳在糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的作用。方法 选取我院在2015年5月～2016年5月收治的糖尿病肾病患者90例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组45例和观察组45例，两组患者均予以糖尿病常规治疗，对照组予以常规的饮食指导，观察组则根据中医辨证分型予以膳食指导，两组患者均连续干预饮食8周，比较两组干预前后的相关生化指标。结果 饮食干预前，观察组与对照组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、血肌酐(SCr)和血尿素氮(BUN)等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，饮食干预后，两组的FBG、2 h PBG、SCr、BUN等指标均有所改善，而观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病肾病患者实施中医辨证施膳可有效改善患者的生化指标，延缓病情的发展。
