[摘要]目的 探讨责任制护理干预在肺结核合并咯血住院患者全程治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年11月～2016年11月我院感染内科收治的肺结核合并咯血患者60例，将其随机分为责任组和常规组，每组30例。常规组给予常规护理，责任组给予全程责任制护理。比较两组患者的咯血停止时间、住院时间及大咯血、休克、窒息、死亡等不良结局的总发生率。结果 责任组患者的咯血停止时间、住院时间均短于常规组[(11.4±3.2)h vs.(19.3±3.7)h，(6.8±1.1)d vs.(8.6±1.3)d](P<0.05)。责任组患者不良结局的总发生率低于常规组(6.67% vs. 26.67%)(P<0.05)。结论 肺结核合并咯血住院患者全程予以责任制护理干预，可协助提高患者的临床疗效。
