[摘要]文章主要总结了国内外患者隐私信息保护的进展，分析当前我国患者隐私信息保护的现状，即：隐私保护法律体系不完善、缺乏明确的监督机制与赔偿标准和医务人员的患者隐私保护意识不足等。在此基础上，提出保护我国患者隐私信息保护的建议及对策。
