[摘要]目的 探讨天灸治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果以及安全性。方法 选取我社区健康服务中心2014年2月～2016年2月收治的经耳鼻喉科确诊为AR的患者240例，将其以抽签方式分为两组，每组120例。对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗，观察组实施天灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的症状及体征评分，同时比较两组的临床疗效、安全性。结果 治疗后，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(83.33% vs. 40.83%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 三伏、三九天灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎具有显著临床效果，值得临床推广。
