[摘要]目的 观察中医临床路径在内分泌病科实习带教中的应用效果。方法 将2013年6月～2015年5月到我院内分泌病科的临床实习生按随机数字表法分为临床路径带教组和传统带教组，临床路径带教组严格按照临床路径单内容执行诊疗计划，传统带教组根据既往理论教学学习的内容来诊治患者，比较两组学生实习前后的综合成绩和所诊治患者的疗效差异。结果 入科前摸底成绩，两组之间无差异，经过不同模式的临床带教后，两组成绩较入科前均有所提高(P<0.05)，但中医临床路径带教组学生平均成绩优于传统带教组(P<0.01)。临床路径教学组学生所管患者的疗效亦好于传统带教组(P<0.05)。结论 与传统带教方法相比，临床路径带教方法具有明显优势，建议在临床带教中广泛推广。
