[摘要]目的 探讨在恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间实施后中西医结合护理干预对改善患者呕吐症状的效果。方法 随机选择2014年1月～2016年1月在我院接收治疗的恶性肿瘤患者200例。所有患者均接受化疗且出现呕吐症状，通过对患者数字编号和随机分组，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各100例，其中对照组患者实施常规护理干预，观察组患者则在此基础上实施中西医结合护理干预措施，比较两组患者临床疗效及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率(95.0%)及护理满意度(96.0%)均高于对照组(84.0%，82.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间实施后中西医结合护理干预能够明显改善患者的呕吐症状，利于提高患者生活质量，提高患者满意度，拉近护患关系，具有重要的临床应用价值。
