[摘要]目的 探讨中西医护理对策在预防心血管患者压疮中的效果。方法 选取我院心血管内科于2015年5月～2016年5月收治的患者200例作为研究对象，按照入院順序编号分组，实验组、对照组，各100例。实验组采用预防性中西医护理对策，对照组患者则进行常规护理。比较两组患者的压疮发生率、护理总满意度。结果 实验组的护理效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医护理对策应用于心血管内科住院的患者能有效降低压疮发生率，提高患者的护理满意度，促进其早日康复，在临床护理中值得借鉴应用。
