[摘要]目的 分析对社区老年慢性病患者实施综合化护理干预的临床价值。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年12月于我院接受调查的350例老年慢性病患者为研究对象。依照单双号次序，遵照双盲原则，将患者平均分为观察组和对照组，每组175例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上接受综合护理干预，比较两组患者护理满意度及生活质量。结果 观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，社会环境、生活质量、心理健康及生理健康评分及生活质量总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于社区老年慢性病患者，实施综合护理干预，可改善患者生活质量，提高患者护理满意度，提升机体能力，值得临床推广使用。
