高血脂患者血液流变学指标及其对肝功能生化检测的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨高血脂患者血液流变指标及其对肝功能生化检测的影响。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年1月于我院确诊高血脂并接受治疗的60例患者作为观察组，选取同期于我院进行体检的60例健康人作为对照组。比较两组的血液流变相关指标(全血黏度低切10/s、全血黏度中切60/s、全血黏度高切150/s、血浆黏度120/s)和肝功能生化相关指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)]。结果 观察组的全血低切10/s、全血中切60/s、全血高切150/s、血浆黏度120/s水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的ALT、AST、γ-GT水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床上对高血脂患者血液流变指标及肝功能生化检测指标进行检测，其值均明显高于正常人群，这有利于早期诊断预防和治疗，具有应用和推广价值。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate hemorheological indexes of patients with hyperlipidemia and their influence on biochemical detection of liver functions.Methods Altogether 60 patients who were diagnosed as hyperlipemia and treated from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group，60 healthy people who underwent physical examinations in our hospital over the same period were selected as the control group.The hemorheological indexes (whole blood viscosity at low shear rate 10/s，whole blood viscosity at middle shear rate 60/s，whole blood viscosity at high shear rate 150/s，plasma viscosity 120/s) and the liver function index [alanine aminotransferase (ALT)，aspartate aminotransferase (AST)，γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT)] of the two groups were compared.Results The level of whole blood viscosity at low shear rate 10/s，whole blood viscosity at middle shear rate 60/s，whole blood viscosity at high shear rate 150/s，plasma viscosity 120/s in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference (P<0.05).The levels of ALT，AST and γ-GT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The hemorheological indexes and biochemical indicators of liver function of patients with hyperlipidemia are clinically tested and proven to be significantly higher than the normal population，which is conducive to the early diagnosis，prevention and treatment and has the use and promotion value.

近年来高血脂症具有很高的发病率且呈不断上升趋势，损害了患者的健康和生活[1]。高血脂症的诊断标准为：空腹状态下，若成年人总胆固醇在血清中的含量高于临界值5.72 mmol/L[2]。目前，临床上针对高血脂症各种并发症的研究已经得到广泛开展[3]，且取得了一定程度的进展，但针对高血脂血液流变学及肝功能生化指标的研究仍无明确的结果。为了实现指导临床的目的，本研究选取我院确诊高血脂并接受治疗的患者和同期于我院进行体检的健康人作为研究对象，记录两组研究对象的血液流变相关指标和肝功能生化相关指标并进一步比较分析。现将研究结果做如下报道。, 百拇医药(施振岗)
