[摘要]目的 分析超选介入化疗联合放疗对脑胶质细胞瘤术后抑制残留细胞的疗效。方法 选取2014年1月～2016年1月于我院行肿瘤切除术的脑胶质细胞瘤患者52例，根据患者自愿入组原则，分为观察组(n=28)与对照组(n=24)。观察组患者给予超选介入化疗联合放疗治疗，对照组患者给予系统放疗联合化疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者的预后效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者Karnofsky评分[(71.78±4.83)分]显著高于对照组[(59.93±5.17)分]，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超选介入化疗联合放疗能够有效抑制消除脑胶质细胞瘤术后残留细胞，预后效果较好。
