腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术在卵巢囊肿患者中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 分析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术在卵巢囊肿患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年7月在我院接受治疗的卵巢囊肿疾病患者88例，按照患者本人的意愿分为对照组和治疗组，每组44例。对照组实施常规保守药物治疗；观察组采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后卵巢功能相关指标水平的改善幅度、卵巢功能恢复正常时间、住院治疗时间、卵巢囊肿疾病治疗总有效率、治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果 观察组患者治疗前后卵巢功能相关指标水平的改善幅度小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组卵巢囊肿疾病治疗总有效率达到90.9%，高于对照组的70.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在治疗期间观察组仅有2例(4.5%)出现不良反应，少于对照组的10例(22.7%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢囊肿疾病患者采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术进行治疗，可以在最大程度上减轻对卵巢功能的影响，减少围术期不良反應，缩短治疗时间，保证患者安全。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods 88 cases of ovarian cyst diseases treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the wishes of the patients，44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional conservative drugs，and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The improvement of ovarian function function related indicators of patients in the two groups before and after treatment，the level of amplitude，recovery time，hospitalization time，ovarian cyst disease，the total efficiency of treatment，adverse reactions during treatment were compared.Results The improvement of ovarian function related indicators of patients in the observation group before and after treatment was fewer than the control group，with the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)；hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than the control group，with the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)；the treatment of ovarian cyst disease，the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.9%，higher than 70.5% in the control group，with a difference statistical significance (P<0.05)；during the period of treatment，only 2 cases (4.5%) in the observation group had adverse reaction，less than 10 cases in the control group (22.7%)，with the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian cyst disease，laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination treatment can reduce the influence on the ovarian function to the maximum extent，reduce perioperative adverse reactions，shorten treatment time，ensure the safety of patients., 百拇医药(刘琴)
