健脾祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討健脾祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2010年10月～2013年10月收治的160例特应性皮炎患者作为研究对象，采取计算机随机数字分组法将患者分为对照组、观察组，每组80例。对照组采用西药泼尼松口服治疗，观察组采用中药健脾祛风汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、皮肤瘙痒评分、皮损评分、皮肤病生活质量评分、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果 观察组的总有效率为80.00%，对照组为65.00%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后，观察组的皮肤瘙痒评分、皮损评分均明显低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.75%，明显低于对照组的13.75%(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率为10.96%，低于对照组的26.09%(P<0.05)。结论 采用中药健脾祛风汤对特应性皮炎进行治疗的临床效果显著，可有效缓解皮肤瘙痒症状，提高生活质量，安全性较高，不良反应和复发相对较少。

Clinical effectof Jianpi Qufeng Decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Qufeng Decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Methods From October 2010 October 2013，160 patients with atopic dermatitis treated in our hospital were selected as the research object，and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by taking the computer random number table method，each group had 80 cases.The control group was treated with Prednisone of western medicine，while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Qufeng Decoction.The clinical efficacy，skin itching score，skin lesion score，life quality score of skin disease，incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80.00%，while the total effective rate in the control group was 76.25%，and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After 4 weeks treatment，the skin itch score and skin lesion score in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05)，and the score of life quality was higher than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.75%，which was significantly lower than that of the control group (13.75%) (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 10.96%，while the control group was 26.09%，and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Using Jianpi Qufeng decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis，the clinical curative effect is remarkable，and it can effectively relieve skin itching symptoms，improve the quality of life，and it has high safety，less adverse reactions and recurrence.
