六味地黄丸联合阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症临床效果及对患者性功能的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探討六味地黄丸联合阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症临床效果及对患者性功能的影响。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年3月在我院精神科收治的男性精神分裂患者96例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同，将所选患者分为对照组、观察组，每组48例。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合六味地黄丸治疗，疗程2个月。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗后对性功能的影响，并记录两组药物不良反应。结果 治疗后，观察组PANSS总评分为[(46.2±16.7)分]明显低对照组[(58.9±15.6)分]， ASEX总评分为[(12.9±6.8)分]，明显低对照组[(20.7±6.4)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率93.75%(45/48)，明显高于对照组77.08%(37/48)，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%(8/48)，对照组不良反应发生率为10.42%(5/48)，两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 运用六味地黄丸联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂患者，可明显提高治疗效果，改善患者性功能障碍，且药物不良反应少，值得临床推广运用。
