[摘要]目的 分析低顳部大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法 选取2010年2月～2016年2月在本院进行手术治疗的92例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象，按照手术方法的不同将入选患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(42例)。观察组采用低颞部大骨瓣减压术治疗，对照组采用标准大骨瓣减压术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组术后3、5 d，1周的颅内压水平以及并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组的GOS评分及预后分级情况比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 重型颅脑损伤患者行低颞部大骨瓣减压术治疗的临床效果较理想，临床应用价值较高，值得推广应用。
