[摘要]目的 对于确诊为上消化道异物的患者通过透明帽辅助胃镜的方法进行治疗，分析该方法的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年5月收治的72例确诊为上消化道异物患者，按照随机数字法分成实验组和对照组，每组各36例。实验组采用透明帽辅助胃镜的方法取出异物，对照组采用直接胃镜法取出异物，对比两组患者的异物取出时间和数量。结果 实验组患者的异物取出成功率显著高于对照组，操作平均时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于上消化道异物患者，采用透明帽辅助胃镜的方法进行异物取出，治疗效果显著，该方案值得在临床推广使用。
