醒脑静注射液治疗重度颅脑损伤的临床效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 觀察对重度颅脑损伤患者采用醒脑静注射液进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年10月在我院就诊的重度颅脑损伤患者90例，用随机数字表法分成两组。对照组45例行传统治疗，研究组45例在此基础上加醒脑静注射液进行治疗，比较两组格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)评分、临床效果、清醒情况、预后质量及死亡率等指标。结果 研究组患者治疗后半个月和1个月GCS评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗3 d和1 周GCS评分组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组患者临床治疗总有效率和清醒率均高于对照组、清醒时间短于对照组、并发症发生率和死亡率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床对重度颅脑损伤患者在常规治疗基础上，采用予醒脑静注射液治疗，可有效控制患者病情发展，提高临床治疗效果，降低患者临床不良反应发生率，安全性高，利于缩短患者清醒时间促进其身体恢复，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment with Xingnaojing Injection on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.45 cases in the control group were treated by conventional therapy.45 cases in the study group were treated with Xingnaojing Injection，compared two groups of related clinical indicators data changes.Results The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score in the latter half month and one month after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GCS score between three days and one week after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate and awake rate of clinical treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group，the awake time was shorter than that in the control group，the incidence of complications and mortality were lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury in the conventional treatment based on the use of Xingnaojing Injection for treatment，which can effectively control the patient′s condition，improve clinical outcomes and reduce the rate of adverse clinical reactions in patients with high safety，which will help shorten the patients Awake time to promote their physical recovery，it is worthy of clinical application.
