[摘要]目的 建立HPLC法测定香麻寒喘贴所含盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法 采用Thermo C18色谱柱，以0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH值至2.5)-甲醇(96︰4)为流动相，检测波长为210 nm，柱温为25℃，进样量为5 μl。结果 盐酸麻黄碱在15.20～91.17 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)，盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为98.78%，RSD为0.59%。测定3批香麻寒喘贴，平均含量为3.20 mg/100 cm2，RSD为0.31%。结论 本方法简单方便、准确率高、专属性强，可以作为检测盐酸麻黄碱含量的有效方法。

    [Abstract]Objective To establish a HPLC method in the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiangma Hanchuantie.Methods 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid)-methanol (96︰4) was used as the mobile phase with a Thermo C18 column and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The column temperature was 25℃ and the sampling amount was 5 μl.Results A good linear relationship of ephedrine hydrochloride was shown in the range of 15.20-91.17 μg/ml (r=0.9997).The average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 98.78% and the RSD was 0.59%.Determination of 3 batches samples ......
