[摘要]目的 验证邯郸野生葛根在止泻方面的功效。方法 选取邯郸市中医院2015年5～9月门诊就诊的湿热泄泻患者100例(脱落病例4例)作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(47例)，两组均应用葛根芩连汤治疗，治疗组与对照组分别用邯郸野生葛根和其他产地栽培葛根进行治疗。结果 治疗组第3天的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，两组治疗第7天的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组第3天的腹痛程度、大便次数、腹胀程度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组治疗第7天的腹痛程度、大便次数、腹胀程度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 邯郸产野葛治疗湿热泄泻的效果显著，能有效缩短疗程，应加强合理开发和利用。
