HE4联合CA125检测在早期卵巢癌诊断中的价值(1)
[摘要]目的 研究人附睪分泌蛋白4(HE4)联合糖类抗原 125(CA125)检测在诊断早期卵巢癌中的价值。方法 选择2015年6月～2017年3月在我院诊断治疗的50例卵巢癌患者、40例盆腔良性肿物患者及健康体检者50例，分别检测三组入选者的血HE4、CA125浓度，比较两项指标在卵巢癌诊断中的价值。结果 卵巢癌组患者血清HE4浓度显著高于盆腔良性肿物组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。盆腔良性肿物组患者血清HE4浓度与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢癌组患者血清CA125浓度显著高于盆腔良性肿物组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；盆腔良性肿物组患者血清CA125浓度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) ，HE4组在卵巢癌的灵敏度为88.00%(44/50)、特异度为93.48%(86/92)，高于CA125组的60.00%(30/50)、79.59%(78/98)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，HE4组与CA125组比较，差异无统计学意义(Z=1.395、P=0.164)，HE4与HE4联合CA125比较，差异无统计学意义(Z=0.705、P=0.481)，CA125组同HE4联合CA125组比较，差异有统计学意义(Z=2.723、P=0.0062)。结论HE4联合CA125检测在诊断早期卵巢癌中的价值优于单独检测HE4及CA125，能作为临床卵巢癌诊断的无创方法之一。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the value of human epididymal secretory protein 4 (HE4) combined with carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) in the diagnosis of early ovarian cancer.Methods From June 2015 to March 2017，50 patients with ovarian cancer，40 patients with pelvic benign tumor，and 50 healthy subjects for physical examinations were selected.The blood HE4 and CA125 concentrations of the three groups were detected.The value of two indicators in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer was compared.Results Serum HE4 concentration in ovarian cancer group was significantly higher than that in pelvic benign tumor group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum HE4 concentration between pelvic benign tumor group and control group (P>0.05). Serum CA125 concentration in ovarian cancer group was significantly higher than that in pelvic benign tumor group (P<0.05).
