[摘要]目的 分析经腹超声检查对结肠癌根治术后复发转移的诊断价值。 方法 选取2015年10月～2016年8月在我院诊断治疗的疑似结肠癌根治术后复发转移患者100例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组50例。对照组患者实施CT检查，观察组患者实施经腹超声检查，将两组患者的各项指标(检出率、敏感度和特异性)进行比较。结果 观察组患者检出率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组患者的敏感度(95.56%)、特异性(80.00%)高于对照组(77.78%、60.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对结肠癌根治术后复发转移患者实施经腹超声检查，能显著提高检出率、敏感度和特异性，值得在结肠癌根治术后复发转移患者中进一步推广和应用。
