[摘要]目的 研究分析完善流程管理对妇产科护理质量和减少妇产科护理缺陷发生率的影响。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年6月我院妇产科住院治疗的400例患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组200例。对照组采用常规流程管理，研究组采用完善流程管理。观察比较两组患者的护理服务质量满意度及护理缺陷发生率。结果 研究组护理工作满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组护理缺陷发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在妇产科护理中，完善流程管理有助于护理工作质量的调高，增加患者的满意度，减少护理缺陷的发生率，能更有效帮助患者身体的恢复，增进护患关系，临床上可推广应用。
