[摘要]幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是一种常见的全球性感染性疾病，除与胃炎等消化系统疾病有关外，也与糖尿病等非消化系统疾病关系密切，根除Hp对上述疾病的预防和治疗起重要作用。本文通过细菌、宿主、治疗方案及环境方面对Hp初次治疗失败的原因作一综述。
