[摘要]目的 探讨miR-155在肾癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用实时荧光定量(RT-PCR)技术检测21例肾癌组织及配对癌旁正常肾脏组织标本中miR-155的表达水平，并分析与肾癌临床病理参数间的关系。结果 肾癌组织中miR-155表达为(12.63±6.22)，明显高于癌旁正常肾组织的(2.71±1.38)(P<0.01)；肾癌组织中miR-155表达与临床分期、分化程度、性别、年龄及肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。结论 肾癌患者癌组织中的miR-155的表达较癌旁正常组织明显增高，但其表达水平与肾癌的病理分级和临床分化程度无明显相关性。
