快速康复理念在胃癌根治术后护理中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨快速康复理念在胃癌根治术后护理中的应用。方法 选取我院2016年6月～2017年12月收治的100例行胃癌根治术的患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理模式护理，观察组采用快熟康复模式护理干预，比较两组护理效果、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的护理总有效率为96%，对照组为74%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的护理满意度为98%，对照组为80%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的并发症总发生率为4%，对照组为30%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在胃癌根治术护理中加入快速康复理念进行干预，不仅可提高护理质量，还可降低并发症的发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Application of rapid rehabilitation concept in postoperative nursing of radical gastrectomy for cancer

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation concept in the nursing of postoperative radical gastrectomy for cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for cancer in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method， 50 cases in each group. In the control group， routine nursing mode was used， while in the observation group， rapid rehabilitation mode was adopted. The nursing effect， nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications of the two groups were comapred. Results The total effectiveness rate of nursing in the observation group was 96%， while 74% in the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98%， while 80% in the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications was 4.0% in the observation group， lower than that in the control group accounting for 30% with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept as an intervention in the treatment of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can not only improve the quality of care， but also reduce the incidence of complications， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

胃癌屬于恶性肿瘤中发病率最高的，由于生活节奏的不断加快，人们生活压力不断加大，导致饮食结构的不规律，而引发胃癌的发生。胃癌可发病于胃的任何部位，由于大多数属于腺癌，早期症状不明显，或出现腹部不适等轻度症状，其与胃炎和胃溃疡的症状相似，常被忽略按照慢性疾病来治疗[1]。在我国胃癌的早期诊断发现率还非常低，常得不到准确的诊断和全面的治疗，发现时已经是胃癌晚期，而胃癌预后也是恢复时非常关键的步骤。快速康复理念是一种以时间短、恢复快为准的服务理念，现在社会发展节奏快、效率高，所以这种理念在临床非常重要。胃癌患者在手术后要得到相应有效地护理，若护理不及时就会出现恢复慢或并发症的发生，增加治疗风险，而有效地护理可减少这现象的发生。本研究针对胃癌患者采取快速康复理念进行护理，观察和分析其应用研究，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(方佳)
