中西医结合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道病的临床研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨中西医结合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道病的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年8月～2018年3月收治的74例复发性念珠菌性阴道病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，每组各37例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，试验组给予苦参汤加减组方中药外洗联合西医治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、相关症状恢复正常所需时间以及治疗期间不良反应总发生率。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率为100.00%，明显高于对照组的91.89%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的外阴瘙痒、白带异常、排尿烧灼感、腰腹疼痛等相关症状恢复正常所需时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道病取得令人满意的效果，能够有效改善其临床症状，具有显著的临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginosis. Methods A total of 74 patients with recurrent candida vaginosis treated from August 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method， 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， while the experimental group was given the combination treatment of external washing of Chinese medicine modified Sophorae Flavescentis Decoction and western medicine. The curative effect， the time for symptom recovery and the total incidence rate of adverse event were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 100.00%， which was significantly higher than 91.89% in the control group， with significant difference (P<0.05). The time for symptom recovery of pruritus vulvae， abnormal leucorrhea， burning sensation of urination， waist and abdominal pain in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group， with significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse event between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine have a favorable effect in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginosis， which can improve the clinical symptoms. It has significant clinical application value.

復发性念珠菌性阴道病是指妇女患有单纯性念珠菌阴道病经治疗后，临床症状和体征消失，真菌学检查阴性后又出现症状，经真菌学检查又为阳性，如此反复1年内发作4次或以上者[1]，其主要病因多见于性接触传播、被污染的衣物用具、消毒不合格的卫生巾等[2]。该病以往多采用西药对症治疗，但往往久治不愈，对患者的生活质量造成影响，增添诸多烦恼。祖国医学认为该病属中医“带下”“阴痒”等范畴，病因主要与湿邪有关[3]。本研究选取我院收治的的复发性念珠菌性阴道病患者作为研究对象，尝试从中医学角度着手，采用中药外洗结合西药内服的治疗方案，现将研究成果报道如下。
