[摘要]目的 探讨精细化管理在层流手术室环境及设备管理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年1～12月收治的90例在层流手术室接受治疗的患者作为研究对象，按照层流手术室实施精细化管理前后为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组按照规范对层流手术室环境及设备实施管理，观察组采用精细化管理。比较两组的术后感染发生率、空气洁净度达标率。结果 观察组患者术后感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的空气洁净度达标率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 层流手术室环境及设备采用精细化管理可有效提高设备管理水平，保证层流手术室的空气洁净度，降低患者术后感染发生率，推广使用价值较高。
