[摘要]随着社会的不断发展进步，科技水平的提高，使得很多行业早已实现了自动化。而人们生活水平的飞速提升，促使着社会各界对于医院的服务水平有着更高的要求。医院在实现自身的数字化发展时，最先应该做的就是结合自身实际情况建立科学的电子病历体系，这样才能够及时为患者提供良好的医疗服务，为当地居民的卫生水平提供保障。本文笔者针对医院电子病历实施过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析，并针对这些问题提出了自己的解决建议。
