依达拉奉辅助治疗老年急性脑梗死的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討研究依达拉奉辅助治疗老年急性脑梗死的效果及对氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)水平的影响。方法 选取2017年1～12月于我院神经外科门诊就诊并入院治疗的98例老年急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各49例。对照组患者给予注射用血栓通治疗，实验组患者在对照组基础上联合依达拉奉连续治疗2周。测定两组患者治疗前后的Ox-LDL、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平，采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗前的Ox-LDL、MMP-2及MMP-9水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者治疗后的Ox-LDL、MMP-2及MMP-9水平均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组患者治疗后的Ox-LDL、MMP-2及MMP-9水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗老年急性脑梗死能够显著降低Ox-LDL、MMP-2及MMP-9水平，改善患者病情，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Edaravone in adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction of elderly patients and its effect on oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs). Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in the neurosurgery clinic of our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given Injection Xueshuantong， and the experimental group was treated with Edaravone on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. The levels of Ox-LDL， matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2)， matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) were measured before and after treatment between the two groups， and the national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) was used to evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of Ox-LDL， MMP-2 and MMP-9 between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The levels of Ox-LDL， MMP-2 and MMP-9 after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of Ox-LDL， MMP-2 and MMP-9 after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with Xueshuantong can significantly reduce the levels of Ox-LDL， MMP-2 and MMP-9 in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction， and improve their condition.
