[摘要]本文总结了我科收治的1例膀胱癌患者行腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治性切除+乙状结肠原位新膀胱术后并发肠梗阻的护理经验。术后早期肠梗阻保守治疗期间，应密切观察患者的腹部体征，做好胃肠减压、营养支持、药物治疗、中医调理等护理，以期能较好地促进患者恢复肠蠕动，减轻其痛苦。
