口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤CCL-18、CyclinD1分子的检测意义(1)
[摘要]目的 探討CCL-18、CyclinD1分子水平在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤检测中的意义。方法 选取2016年2月~2018年2月我院收治的64例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者作为分析组,另选择同期身体健康的64例志愿者作为参照组,两组均行血清检测,参照组常规检查1次,分析组患者在进行肿瘤治疗前和治疗后1个月时分别进行检测,比较两组术前血清中CCL-18、CyclinD1水平;比较分析组手术前后、不同病理分型、有无淋巴结转移及不同临床分期血清中的CCL-18、CyclinD1水平。结果 分析组术前血清中的CCL-18、CyclinD1水平高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组术后1个月血清中的CCL-18、CyclinD1水平低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);无淋巴结转移患者血清中的CCL-18水平明显低于有淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期中Ⅱ期患者血清中的CCL-18水平明显高于其他3期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期中Ⅱ期患者血清中的CyclinD1水平明显低于其他3期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与身体健康的志愿者相比,口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者经血清检测,CCL-18、CyclinD1分子水平均明显升高,可以考虑作为颌面部恶性肿瘤的一种辅助诊断方式,具有一定的参考价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the significance of CCL-18 and CyclinD1 in the detection of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods Sixty four patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the analysis group, and 64 healthy volunteers at the same period were selected as the reference group, serum tests were performed in both groups. Routine examinations were performed once in the control group. The patients in the analysis group were tested before and 1 month after the treatment, preoperative serum levels of CCL-18 and CyclinD1 were compared between the two groups. The levels of CCL-18 and CyclinD1 in serum before and after operation, different pathological types, lymph node metastasis and different clinical stages were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of CCL-18 and CyclinD1 in serum of the analysis group before operation were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of CCL-18 and CyclinD1 in the serum of the analysis group at 1 month after operation were lower than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of CCL-18 in serum of patients without lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that of patients with lymph node metastasis, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The level of CCL-18 in serum of patients with stage II was significantly higher than that of patients with other 3 stages, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The level of serum Cyclin D1 in patients with stage II was significantly lower than that in patients with other 3 stages, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with healthy volunteers, the serum levels of CCL-18 and CyclinD1 in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors were significantly higher, which can be considered as an assistant diagnostic method for maxillofacial malignant tumors, and have a certain reference value., 百拇医药(齐晓宇 安英杰)
