[摘要]目的 探讨早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年5月～2018年5月收治的50例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，按照护理方法的不同分为实验组(25例)和对照组(25例)。对照组采用传统护理，实验组采用传统护理联合早期康复护理。比较两组的巴塞尔(Barthel)指数、Braden压疮风险评分。结果 护理后，实验组的Barthel指数高于对照组，Braden压疮风险评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理，可明显缓解消极情绪，提高肢体功能和生活能力。
