彩色多普勒超声在乳腺增生症诊断中的临床价值(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺增生症诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的58例乳腺增生症患者,均经病理诊断确诊。采用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断,分析超声诊断与病理诊断结果的符合率。结果 58例患者的病理诊断中,乳腺囊性增生12例,乳腺小叶增生12例,乳腺纤维腺乳腺组织增生11例,乳腺组织增生10例,乳腺混合性增生13例。彩色多普勒超声诊断结果中乳腺囊性增生11例,诊断符合率为91.67%;乳腺小叶增生12例,诊断符合率为100.00%;乳腺纤维腺乳腺组织增生10例,诊断符合率为90.90%;乳腺组织增生13例,诊断符合率为76.92%;乳腺混合性增生12例,诊断符合率为92.30%。患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断结果具有较高的符合率,与病理诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声在乳腺增生症的诊断中具有较高的诊断符合率,可为乳腺疾病的临床诊断提供重要的理论指导,具有较高的临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods A total of 58 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and diagnosed by case diagnosis. Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to diagnose and analyze the coincidence rate between ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis. Results 12 cases of cystic hyperplasia of mammary gland, 12 cases of hyperplasia of mammary lobule, 11 cases of mammary gland tissue hyperplasia, 10 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland and 13 cases of mixed hyperplasia of mammary gland were found in the pathological diagnosis of 58 cases. 11 cases of cystic hyperplasia of the breast were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 91.67%, 12 cases of mammary lobular hyperplasia, 100.00% of diagnosis, 10 cases of mammary gland tissue hyperplasia, 90.90% of diagnosis, 13 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia, 76.92% of diagnostic coincidence, 12 cases of mixed hyperplasia of mammary gland. The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography was higher, which was not statistically different from pathology (P>0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, in the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia has a high diagnostic coincidence rate, can provide important theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis of breast diseases, has a high clinical value.

乳腺增生癥主要是由于女性卵巢功能异常引起雌激素分泌过多、黄体素分泌过少以及小叶实质与间质增生,进而引发的严重影响女性患者身心健康的乳房疾病[1-2]。乳腺增生症的声像表现较为复杂,以往采用黑白B超诊断有一定的局限性[3]。彩色多普勒超声是一种操作直接、简便的方法,能实时动态检测患者乳腺内病灶的形态、大小、血流信号及内部结构情况,可为临床诊断和鉴别乳腺增生良恶性病变提供可靠的依据[4-5]。本研究就彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺增生症的效果作进一步探讨,现报道如下。
1资料与方法
