[摘要]目的 研究支气管肺泡灌洗对肺脓肿及支气管扩张合并感染患者肺功能的影响。方法 选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治的84例肺膿肿及支气管扩张合并感染患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组方法分为对照组(42例)与实验组(42例)。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗，实验组患者接受支气管肺泡灌洗治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的肺功能、治疗效果和不良反应。结果 治疗后，实验组患者的用气呼吸量(FVC)、一秒钟最大呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肺脓肿和支气管扩张合并感染患者接受支气管肺泡灌洗治疗，能够有效改善患者的肺部功能，值得推广应用。
