条形码扫描技术在门诊调剂中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 评价条形码扫描技术在门诊调剂中的应用效果。方法 从医院办公系统(HIS)中调取我院应用扫描条形码技术后的2015年3月1日~9月30日共6个月的所有已发药处方作为观察组(应用技术后组),调取应用扫描条形码技术前的2014年3月1日~9月30日共6个月的所有已发药处方作为对照组(应用技术前组),比较两组在三个相同时间段的平均候药时间,以及比较两组的药品调配出门差错率。结果 在10:30~10:59、11:00~11:29、11:30~12:00三个时间段,观察组患者的平均候药时间(6.20、5.87、6.27 min)短于对照组(8.36、8.34、8.29 min),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的药品调配出门差错率为0.021‰,低于对照组的0.099‰,差异有统计學意义(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊调剂中应用条形码扫描技术,能有效降低调配出门差错率,提高发药准确率,缩短患者候药时间,值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objectives To evaluate the effect of barcode scanning technology in outpatient dispensation. Methods Prescription dispensing data from the Hospital System (HIS) during the same 3 time periods, from March 1st, 2015 to September 30th, 2015 (after the barcode scanning technology was employed) and March 1st, 2014 to September 30th (before the barcode scanning technology was employed) were used for the observation group and the control group. The average waiting time of the two groups in the same three time periods were compared, and the two groups of drug dispensing error rate was compared. Results In the three time periods of 10:30-10:59, 11:00-11:29, 11:30-12:00, the average waiting time between the the observation group (6.20, 5.87, 6.27 minutes) were shorter than those of the control group (8.36, 8.34, 8.29 minutes), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The dispensing error rate in observation group (0.021‰) was lower than that in the control group (0.099‰), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of barcode scanning technology in outpatient dispensation can effectively reduce the dispensing error rate, improve the accurate rate in distributing the drugs and shorten the patients′ waiting time. It is worth popularizing and applying.

提高发药准确率、防范发药差错一直是医院药剂科门诊药房的工作重点。门诊处方发药差错既有客观因素,也有主观原因,看似、听似等类似药品差错最常见[1-4]。此外,缩短患者候药时间,提升患者满意度,也是门诊药房的工作重点。我院门诊药房自2015年3月1日起采用条形码扫描核对技术,在提高发药准确率和缩短患者候药时间方面取得了较好的效果,现报道如下。
1资料与方法
