药线点灸联合莲花针拔罐通瘀疗法治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討药线点灸联合莲花针拔罐通瘀疗法治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症的效果。方法 选取2016年2月～2018年3月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院鼻咽放疗后口干燥症的100例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组患者采用药物含漱，静脉地塞米松滴注。研究组加用药线点灸及莲花针拔罐通瘀疗法。比较两组患者治疗前后口干燥症造成的疼痛评分；比较两组患者治疗前后的口干燥症中医症状评分；比较两组患者治疗前后的免疫指标水平。结果 两组患者治疗前口干燥症造成的疼痛评分、口干燥症中医症状评分及免疫指标比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，研究组患者口干燥症造成的疼痛评分、口干燥症中医症状评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组患者的免疫指标高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组和对照组患者治疗后的口干燥症造成的疼痛评分、口干燥症中医症状评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组患者的免疫指标水平高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 药线点灸及莲花针拔罐通瘀疗法可以改善鼻咽放疗后患者口干燥症状，减少疼痛程度，改善患者免疫功能。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of medicated thread moxibustion combined with Lotus Needle Cupping and removing blood stasis therapy on xerostomia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The 100 patients with xerostomia after nasopharyngeal radiotherapy in Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into study group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to random number labeling method. The control group was gargled with drugs and dripped with intravenous Dexamethasone. The study group added medicated thread moxibustion combined with Lotus Needle Cupping and removing blood stasis therapy. The pain scores caused by xerostomia before and after treatment were compared between the two groups； the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores of xerostomia before and after treatment were compared between the two groups； and the immune indexes levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment， there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of pain caused by xerostomia， the TCM symptom scores of xerostomia and immune indexes (P>0.05). After treatment， the scores of pain caused by xerostomia and the TCM symptom scores of xerostomia in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment， the immune indexs of the study group were higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment， the scores of pain caused by xerostomia and the TCM symptom scores of xerostomia in the study group and control group were both lower than those before treatment， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment， the immune indexes levels of the study group were higher than those before treatment， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
