血塞通和激素静脉滴注联合高压氧治疗突发性感音神经性聋的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨血塞通和激素静脉滴注联合高压氧治疗突发性感音神经性聋的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2018年7月我院收治的127例突发性感音神经性聋患者作为研究对象。根据不同的治疗方式，将患者分为常规组(63例)和试验组(64例)。常规组患者采用糖皮质激素静脉滴注治疗，试验组在常规组治疗的基础上使用血塞通联合高压氧治疗。比较两组患者的纯音听阈、混合静脉血氧饱和度(SvO2)和治疗效果。结果 试验组患者治疗后的纯音听阈为(42.02±11.35)dB HL，低于常规组的(51.05±10.89)dB HL，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患者治疗后的SvO2水平为(98.61±1.62)%，高于常规组的(95.34±1.27)%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患者治療后的总有效率为95.31%，高于常规组的84.13%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 突发性感音神经性聋患者在激素静脉滴注治疗的基础上采用注射用血塞通联合高压氧治疗，临床效果效显著，值得推广和使用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong and hormone intravenous drip combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Methods A total of 127 patients with sudden sensorineural deafness treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were selected as study objects. According to different treatment methods， the patients were divided into routine group (63 cases) and experimental group (64 cases). The patients in the routine group were treated with glucocorticoid intravenous drip， while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Xuesaitong combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of routine treatment. The pure tone hearing threshold， mixed venous oxygen saturation (SvO2) and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The pure tone hearing threshold after treatment in the experimental group was (42.02±11.35) dB HL， which was lower than that in the routine group for (51.05±10.89) dB HL， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of SvO2 after treatment in the experimental group was (98.61±1.62)%， which was higher than that in the routine group for (95.34±1.27)%， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss treated with Xuesaitong combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of hormone intravenous drip， has significant clinical effect， which is worth popularizing and using.
