[摘要]目的 探讨酒石酸美托洛尔片联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取2017年5月～2018年5月我院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，以计算机随机化法分为两组，每组各50例。对照组实施常规治疗，实验组实施酒石酸美托洛尔片与通心络胶囊联合治疗，分析两组冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者治疗的总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的心电图总有效率(88.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的血脂水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病心绞痛患者接受酒石酸美托洛尔片与通心络胶囊联合治疗，可有效提高治疗效果，改善其血脂水平，值得推广应用。
