[摘要]原发性肝癌是临床最常见、死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，确诊时多为中晚期，内科治疗是中晚期患者的主要治疗手段。生物靶向治疗和化疗是恶性肿瘤常用的内科治疗方法。近年来，生物靶向治疗与化疗联合治疗肿瘤已成为肿瘤临床研究的热点。本文就中晚期原发性肝癌内科治疗中的生物靶向治疗和化疗进行综述。
