[摘要]目的 探讨梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸治疗老年带状疱疹(HZ)后遗神经痛的效果。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年3月在本院接受治疗的50例老年HZ后遗神经痛患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各25例。对照组给予卡马西平治疗，观察组给予梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸治疗，比较两组睡眠质量评分、皮损程度评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及总有效率。结果 治疗后，观察组睡眠质量评分、皮损程度评分、VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸方法可有效改善老年HZ后遗神经痛患者预后，值得临床推广应用。
