痹健膝汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討痹健膝汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果，旨在为膝骨性关节炎的临床治疗提供更科学、合理、有效的治疗途径与更好的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2018年1月本院骨科收治的54例膝骨性关节炎患者，依据随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组，每组各27例。实验组采用自拟痹健膝汤治疗，对照组单纯采用西医治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 实验组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的膝关节X线影像Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级疼痛评分及综合功能评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的膝关节X线影像Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级疼痛评分及综合功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后的膝关节X线影像Ⅰ～Ⅳ级疼痛评分与治疗前比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后的膝关节X线影像Ⅴ级疼痛评分高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的胫骨角比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 痹健膝汤治疗膝骨性关节炎效果较好，有良好的临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Bijian Knee Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in order to provide more scientific， reasonable and effective treatment way and better effect for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 54 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the orthopaedic department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of digital random table， 27 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with self-made Bijian Knee Decoction， and the control group was treated with western medicine alone. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group， with significant difference (P<0.05). The pain scores and comprehensive function scores of X-ray images of knee joints of grade Ⅰ， Ⅱ， Ⅲ， Ⅳ， Ⅴ in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain score and comprehensive function score of knee joint X-ray images of grade Ⅰ， Ⅱ， Ⅲ， Ⅳ， Ⅴ before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the pain score of X-ray images of knee joints of grade Ⅰ， Ⅱ， Ⅲ， Ⅳ in the control group between before and after treatment (P>0.05). The pain score of of knee joint X-ray images of grade Ⅴ in the control group after treatment was higher than that before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in tibial angle between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Bijian Knee Decoction is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis and has good clinical application value., 百拇医药(李礼 唐齐良 黄杰)
