阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病餐后高血糖的影响(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病餐后高血糖的影响。方法 选取2017年9月~2018年9月我院收治的180例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各90例。对照组患者使用二甲双胍治疗,实验组使用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗,两组均连续治疗30 d。比较两组治疗前后的血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)]和血糖[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)及空腹血糖(FPG)]水平。结果 治疗前,两组的TC、TG及LDL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的TC、TG及LDL水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的HbA1c、2 h PBG及FPG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的HbA1c、2 h PBG及FPG水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病可降低血糖指标水平,同时有效改善血脂水平,可在临床中应用推广。

    Effect of Acarbose combined with Metformin on postprandial hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Acarbose combined with Metformin on postprandial hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, 90 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Metformin, while patients in the experimental group were treated with Acarbose combined with Metformin, both groups were treated continuously for 30 days. The levels of serum lipids (total cholesterol [TC], triglyceride [TG], low density lipoprotein [LDL]) and blood glucose (glycosylated hemoglobin [HbA1c], 2 h postprandial blood glucose [2 h PBG] and fasting blood glucose [FPG]) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in TC, TG and LDL levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of HBA1c, 2 h PBG and FPG between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of HbA1c, 2 h PBG and FPG in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acarbose combined with Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can reduce the level of blood sugar indicators, and effectively improve the level of blood lipids, which can be widely used in clinical practice., http://www.100md.com(陈乐华 赵宋祥 陈康)
