舒适护理在老年胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討舒适护理在老年胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2018年1月我院骨科收治的60例老年胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者采用骨科常规护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理方法。比较两组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和心理功能量表(QOL-C30)评分以及护理总满意度情况。结果 研究组患者术后6、12、24 h的VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后的QOL-C30评分均高于护理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前的QOL-C30评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者护理后的QOL-C30评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在老年胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后给与舒适护理，可以降低患者的疼痛感，提升患者的心理素质，改善患者的负面情绪，提升护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in elderly tibial and fibular fractures after bone traction fixation. Methods Sixty elderly patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into study group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with given routine orthopedic care， while patients in the observation group treated with given comfortable care on the basis of those in the control group. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score and psychological function scale (QOL-C30) score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores at 6， 12 and 24 h after operation in the study group were lower than those of the control group， with statistical significances (P<0.05). The QOL-C30 scores in both the study group and the control group after nursing were higher than those before the nursing， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in QOL-C30 score before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing， the QOL-C30 score in the study group was higher than that of the control group， with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing after traction and fixation of tibiofibular fractures in the elderly can reduce patients′ pain， improve their psychological quality， improve patients′ negative mood and nursing satisfaction.
