芦荟胶在会阴侧切伤口的应用研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨芦荟胶在会阴侧切伤口的应用研究。方法 选取2017年6月～2018年12月我院收治的80例阴道分娩行会阴侧切的产妇作为研究对象，依照奇偶数法将其分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。对照组产妇予以高猛酸钾溶液会阴冲洗，研究组产妇在对照组的基础上予以芦荟胶涂抹会阴切口。比较两组产妇的切口疼痛程度、切口愈合情况、切口感染情况及护理满意度。结果 研究组产妇的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及切口感染率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的切口愈合情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 会阴侧切伤口应用芦荟胶的可行性和实用性良好，可有效缓解切口疼痛，促进愈合，减少感染。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application study of aloe vera gel in perineal lateral incision wound. Methods From June 2017 to December 2018， 80 parturients who underwent lateral incision during vaginal delivery in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (40 cases) and research group (40 cases) according to parity method. The control group was given perineal flushing with Potassium Permanganate solution， while the study group was given aloe vera gel to smear perineal incision on the basis of the control group. The degree of incision pain， incision healing， incision infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The visual analogue scale (VAS) score and incision infection rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The wound healing of the parturient in the study group was better than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing care of the parturients in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The feasibility and practicability of applying aloe vera gel to lateral incision wounds are good， which can effectively relieve incision pain， promote healing and reduce infection.

会阴侧切术作为临床产科常见术式，一般情况下，如果产妇会阴过紧或者胎儿体积过大，分娩过程中存在撕裂會阴的危险或母儿存在病理情况，需要在结束分娩时实施会阴侧切术。如果术后切口能够良好愈合，不仅可以减轻产妇的身心压力和经济负担，还能有效促进机体恢复，帮助产妇保持良好心态，保证母婴身心健康[1]。传统的临床治疗和护理方法在缓解切口疼痛方面作用不明显，且感染发生率较高。因此，合理选择正确的缓解会阴切口疼痛、降低切口感染、加快切口愈合的方法，使会阴切口给产妇带来的痛苦最大限度的减轻，是目前产科医务工作者重点探讨的课题[2]。本研究选取我院收治的80例阴道分娩行会阴侧切的产妇作为研究对象，旨在探讨芦荟胶在会阴侧切伤口中的应用效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(黄玮 廖芳芳 程燕)
