中药贴敷联合穴位注射治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探討中药贴敷联合穴位注射治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法 选取2017年1月～2019年5月我院收治的80例不完全性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为中药贴敷组(20例)、穴位注射组(20例)、中药贴敷+穴位注射组(20例)、空白对照组(20例)。中药贴敷组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药神阙穴位贴敷配合通络宝外用;穴位注射组在常规治疗的基础上以维生素B1注射液+维生素B6注射液进行穴位注射;中药贴敷+穴位注射组在常规治疗的基础上予以中药神阙穴穴位贴敷配合通络宝外用，同时给予维生素B1注射液+维生素B6注射液进行穴位注射;空白对照组单纯给予常规治疗。比较四组的症状、体征改善时间及治疗总有效率。结果 中药贴敷+穴位注射组的腹痛、呕吐、腹胀缓解时间，肠鸣音复常时间，肛门排气或自主排便时间均短于空白对照组、中药贴敷组及穴位注射组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药贴敷+穴位注射组的治疗总有效率高于空白对照组、中药贴敷组及穴位注射组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药穴位贴敷联合穴位注射能缩短患者的临床症状、体征改善时间，提高患者的临床治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint injection on incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 80 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects， they were divided into Chinese medicine application group (20 cases)， acupoint injection group (20 cases)， Chinese medicine application+acupoint injection group (20 cases)， blank control group (20 cases) according to the different treatment methods. On the basis of routine treatment， shenque acupoint application and tongluobao external application were used in the Chinese medicine application group. In the acupoint injection group， Vitamin B1+Vitamin B6 were injected on the basis of routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment， shenque acupoint application and tongluobao external use were given in the group of traditional Chinese medicine application+acupoint injection， and at the same time， Vitamin B1 Injection+Vitamin B6 Injection were given for acupoint injection. The blank control group was only given conventional treatment. The improvement time of symptoms and signs and the total effective rate of treatment were compared among the four groups. Results The time of relieving abdominal pain， vomiting， abdominal distention， bowel sounds returning to normal， anal exhaust or self defecation in the group of traditional Chinese medicine application+acupoint injection were shorter than those in the blank control group， traditional Chinese medicine application group and acupoint injection group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of Chinese medicine application + acupoint injection group was higher than that of blank control group， Chinese medicine application group and acupoint injection group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with acupoint injection can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs and improve the clinical treatment effect of patients., 百拇医药(邓玉玲 李娇)
