[摘要]目的 分析护理风险管理预防老年患者跌倒、坠床发生的效果。方法 回顾性分析2017年1月～2018年12月我院94例老年患者的临床资料，按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各47例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理风险管理。比较两组跌倒、坠床发生情况及满意度。结果 观察组跌倒及坠床的总发生率低于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施护理风险管理，可有效预防老年患者跌倒、坠床发生，提高护理满意度。
