心脏自主神经功能与老年躯体功能的相关性分析
[摘要]目的 分析心脏自主神经功能与老年躯体功能的相关性。方法 选取2017年10月～2018年12月大连市友谊医院老年病科收治的157例患者，收集患者的心率变异性(HRV)指标、躯体功能评定指标[简易基本生活活动能力(ADL)评分]。依据ADL评分将患者分为自理组(n=59)、半自理组(n=51)及不能自理组(n=47);分析不同躯体功能状态下HRV指标的差异及其与ADL评分的相关性。结果 三组患者的24 h内全部正常的窦性R-R间期的标准差(SDNN)、5 min窦性R-R间期的平均值的标准差(SDANN)、三角指数、超低频功率谱密度(ULF)、极低频功率谱密度(VLF)及低频功率谱密度/高频功率谱密度(LF/HF)比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示，SDNN、三角指数及LF/HF均与ADL评分成正相关(r=0.266、0.283、0.284，P<0.05)。结论 HRV指标可以反映心脏自主神经功能，其与老年躯体功能存在一定的相关性。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the relationship between the autonomic nerve function and physical function in the elderly. Methods A total of 157 patients treated in the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Dalian Friendship Hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected. The indicators of heart rate variability (HRV)， physical function evaluation indicators (activities of daily living [ADL] scores) of patients were collected. According to the ADL scores， the patients were divided into self-care group (n=59)， semi-self-care group (n=51) and non-self-care group (n=47). The difference of HRV indicators in different physical function states and its correlation with ADL scores were analyzed. Results There were statically differences among the three groups in standard deviation of normal R-R intervals (SDNN)， standard deviation of mean value of 5-minutesinus R-R interval (SDANN)， triangular index， ultra-low frequency (ULF)， very low frequency (VLF)， low frequency/high frequency (LF/HF)(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that SDNN， triangular index and LF/HF were positively correlated with ADL score (r=0.266， 0.283， 0.284; P<0.05). Conclusion HRV index can reflect the autonomic nervous function of the heart， which has a certain correlation with the physical function of the elderly.
