[摘要]党参是中药方剂中常用的补益药，全国范围内有“璐党”“西党”“条党”等几大商品种类。干燥及加工工艺是保证党参药性与药效非常重要的环节。本文通过考证古今本草文献，整理了党参干燥及加工工艺的发展变化。党参干燥历史从清代始有记录，发展到现代，主要包括晾干、晒干、烘干等，最新版《中国药典》(2015年版)规定党参干燥方法为“晒干”。传统干燥及加工工艺已不能满足产地加工规模化、标准化的需求，急需研究并开发新的、能保证党参药材品质的干燥及加工工艺。
